Costly Improvements

Clarksville's newly elected tax has spurred much praise and much controversy.
The residents of Clarksville, AR, recently elected to enact a one cent increase on sales tax to support a new fire station, police station, aquatic center, and equipment for each entity. This video attempts to catch both sides of the issue in regard to this tax’s necessity.
