Deciphering Union Laws



A look at the laws surrounding unions and their effects on teachers and the recent strikes in Chicago.
With the recent strikes in Chicago, numerous questions have arisen, especially with regard to Union rights and specifically right-to-work laws.  Within this video, the questions regarding the value of unions, right-to-work laws, and non-right-to-work are explored.  We look at the benefits of the two systems, and we listen to the perspectives of assistant superintendent Steven Wyatt of the Clarksville (AR) School District.
